sister reunite?????

My sis is due for her 2nd baby very soon.Mind you, child #1 is 10yrs old, soon to be 11!
As from previous posts, we are not close. However, i do make an effort to send birthday cards,christmas cards and, a birthday phone call.
She turned 37 on the 24th of march.So i called her to see how the pregnancy was going and that i hope she had a good day.
We got chatting and talked for an unbelievable 20minutes!
She has gained 24kg with this pregnancy. All of which is fluid. The baby is transverse, so she's off for a C section on the 10th of april.
Her pregnancy hasn't been a delightful one with morning sickness, excessive fluid retention, back pain and carpal tunnel.
Im kind of excited about becoming an aunty again. Chuffed actually!
Im thinking maybe the birth of this child will bring the family closer together.
Will my sister and i gel? Will she and i at least become friends?
Time will tell. Mum said she believes she's having a boy. I tend to agree.
Well, we were right. The announcement of the flavour was made today. Its going to be a boy.
Im really happy for her and my nephew. He will now have a 1/2 brother and, not to mention he also has a 1/2 sister that was born approximately 3 weeks ago.
I wonder if he will be ok? I mean i hope he's not going to feel neglected with the care of his new baby brother.
