rollercoaster from hell!

to keep things short as my beauty sleep awaits me;
hospital for alcoholism, depression(suicide attempt x2), relationship breakup, friendless, unhappiness, feeling like a burden, hopeless, FAT!, dissatisfaction with work, etc etc.......im fucked......
