CIRCUS OZ

Nixie, her kids and I ventured to the circus. I was really looking forward to it. I last went to a circus when i was knee high to a grasshopper! One thing though. I had visions of seeing the trapeze, clowns and tigers. There was no clown, no tigers, and no trapeze.
There were acrobats - interesting. No backflips!!
There was juggling - clever.
There was performing COWS - odd and different.
There was performing ducks - Hello! Where are the fucking tigers?
There was a comedian (i think he was meant to be a clown) - funny at times but used sexual type humor! (the 6-10yr old kids will now be going home asking the parents "Whats sperm mum?")
Some more juggling
Hoolahoop woman - stuffed up her routine a bit
And, some more juggling - yep, ok seen enough now
Then there was performing dogs, lama's, and horses
And performing camels - misbehaved and coped a whip. Scary, thought it was going to be a case of "Attack of the mad camels."
And some more juggling- just for something different!
Dove woman - had 5 doves who's tails were spray painted different colours performing on apparatus.
more juggling - WHERE ARE THE TIGERS!!!!!!!!!!!
and last but not least, tight rope walking and tight rope bike riding.
So nixie said its a wonder they dont have singing cats!LOL
nixie and i had a good laugh.we made sarcastic comments to each other. It was dissapointing. But it was an experience. It was run by an australian company called circus royale.I have heard that silvers circus is worthwhile.Maybe i will go there one day....

Up here in the ACT our loving and wonderful government have banned and circus that has 'exotic' animals.... so if a circus with Tigers comes along, they can't visit Canberra.

SO what do they do? They set up shop 15 minutes drive away in NSW, and we get to see Tigers anyway!

A law that does nothing.... becasue we are such a small place.... and the boder is so near.
